Return Policy
Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the customer (consumer) is authorized to withdraw from the sales contract, without stating the reason behind such a withdrawal, within 14 days from receiving the product.
Returns are approved only if a written statement on withdrawing from the contract is sent within 14 days from receiving the product, and if the returned product is sent back within 14 days from the submission of such a statement.
The written statement on withdrawing from the sales contract, and the product returned, shall be sent to the following address:

It is recommended that the statement on withdrawing from the sales contract be submitted with use of the return form supplied to the customer along with the product.
If the customer has already paid (in cash, paid to the courier) for the product they wish to return (cash on delivery option), a bank account to which the payment is to be returned must be specified.
The product to be returned must not bear any signs of use, must be clean, with original tags and paper labels attached, and must be placed in the original packaging (metal can/sack).
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer. The delCane online store does not accept returns requiring any payments to be made upon delivery.
DelCane shall reimburse the customer for any payments within 14 days from the receipt of the customer’s statement on withdrawing from the sales contract. In a situation in which delCane fails to receive, from the customer, the parcel containing the returned product, delCane shall suspend reimbursement of payment received from the customer until the parcel containing the returned product is delivered to delCane’s address, or until a receipt confirming the shipment of such a parcel is submitted by the customer.
The payment received from the customer shall be refunded by use of the same payment method as used by the customer. In a situation in which the customer has paid the courier in cash (cash on delivery option), the payments received from the customer shall be refunded to the bank account specified by the customer.
